What's On Your Tree?

I thought it would be fun to share what's on your tree? Every year in our family we get new ornaments. One to remind us of that year. For example the year we bought our first house we got a little house ornament with the year on it so we could remember. My tree is filled with Mother- to- be ornaments (I've been pregnant almost every Christmas) and ornaments my kids make. What is your tree filled with? Post it on your blog and leave a comment saying you did a "What's on your tree?" post so we can all go check it out.

Here's our family ones for this year..
7 snowmen for all 7 of us.

Our trip to Yosemite

Our 1st Christmas together

I collect ice skating ornaments...
these are my favorite ones:)

2004 The year we moved to Carlsbad and started our own business. That called for a beach santa that year.

Pregnant ones and babies 1st Christmas are always special and fun to look back on.

Finley's 1st Christmas...it's a little book (so cute) I found it at the thrift store looking for my sister's Christmas present just kidding. Looking for gag gifts.

Homemade are my fav..

Clay (these are Faith's feet at 6 months)

To make Handprint ornaments
MIX:
1 cup of cornstarch
1 cup of baking soda
1 and 1/4 cups of cold water
STIR over med. heat for about five min.
remove from heat and cool on a plate until you can work with it.
take an oval shaped piece of clay ,slightly larger than your child's hand.
flatten clay with a rolling pin to about a half- inch thick
let your child make a handprint in the clay.
Punch a hole with a nail or pencil before the clay begins to harden.
Let dry for 2 days
Paint if desired.

Yes, I will smack hands that touch the tree!

OH, and I just had to show you our mantel...
Look at all those stockings :)

Wow, look at all of those stockings!

You're family is so adorable, every last one of 'em!

I can't wait until Kate is old enough to make some homemade ornaments. They definitely are the best!
