Justin and I are packing as we speak for a last minute getaway to Yosemite. Well, actually, he's giving the little one's bath's as I type this, so that's not really packing, but you know what I mean. Shhh... don't tell him I'm wasting time on the computer when I should be packing.
I love little trips like this! Spur of the moment getaways! We leave in the morning and are coming home late Sunday night. We just decided to go a few hours ago. Justin called from work and asked if I was up to skipping town for the weekend. So the kids and I started looking for places to go and found some last minute deals. Justin hired a guy to cover his day of work and I plan to do school in the car tomorrow. The joy's of working for yourself and homeschooling. We got a cute little cabin for two nights in Yosemite National Park. I've never been to Yosemite, so I can't wait to see all the beautiful scenic wonders. We plan to visit Yosemite Falls, The Giant Sequoias, El Capitan, Tuolumne Meadows, Glacier Point, Wawona, Bridalveil Fall and Mirror Lake just to name a few...(I mapped out our weekend haha!) Please pray, we will be attempting all these hikes with 3 kids in tow and 2 babies on our backs!

Awww, no fair! I've never been to Yosemite. Take lots of pictures...what am I thinking? Of course you will! I swear you have go-go gadget arms with a digital camera attached at the end! You always have amazing pics of your kids doing stuff. Maybe that will be my New Year's Resolution.....to grow go-go gadget arms.....
