Beware...I'm posting this for all my homeschool friends. Better safe than sorry...
CHN (California Homeschool Network) and HSC (Homeschool California) received information today that someone who claimed to be
from Pacific Justice Institute called a homeschooler and told her it
was illegal to homeschool in California, and they wanted a $200
donation from her to help keep her freedom to homeschool so that
she's not fined and put in jail.
PJI was called, and they say they are not making these calls. So, it
looks like another phone scam, If anyone else gets a
call, will you please give CHN a call and report the information you
have at 800-327-5339.
