Day 1 Of Our Adventure

We left sunny California

last Tuesday......

and drove......(this picture cracks me up) ate chili and cornbread on our way to...

Arizona.......(we plan to stop and do pictures by each sign)

then stopped in Tombstone......(the town to tough to die)

showing some respect at

the Boothill Cemetery.

We read up on the history of Tombstone on the way out too......

Where the famous gunfight took place.

We showed the kids this sign and about 20min later

Faith said with a worried look on her face, "Mom is that true about the slaves?"

hmmmmm...no wonder they were all being so well behaved:)

even Maggie behaved.

I have a lot of blogging to catch up on but the captain is

complaining I need to turn the generator off...whatever!haha!

Hi, I saw your blog on FOTR. My family is headed out on our adventure in about 2 weeks. We live in Snowflake, AZ. If you make it up to the northern portion of AZ, maybe we could meet!
