Q & A

I guess it's that time again......

for you to ask me questions and I will post answers to them.

Here's one for you...
Is this a hug or a choke hold?

Curious minds want to know things like, "are you really going to sleep in walmart parking lots?" haha..ask away!
I am sorry if I haven't emailed you back. I figured I would do a post answering all the questions rather than emailing everyone back. I hope that's ok?
Go ahead...

leave a comment or send me an email (put Q&A in subject)
asking me anything???

We slept in a Wal-Mart parking lot once (in Lodi, CA) ... just to say we did.

It was noisy, by a busy street, but we saved a few bucks.

When is the big trip you're planning?

Maybe others know this, but I'm a new follower...do you homeschool? If so what curriculum(s) do you use?

Lol, my mom keeps saying they're going to sell the house and live in the walmart parking lot :D

I know you have been asked this before, but I have to ask again.

How on earth do you stay so pretty and skinny after having had 5 babies? I just had my second one and I don't know how you do it?

We sleep in Walmart parkimg lots all the time and Flying J. The best is Cracker Barrel though...quiet and easy to get coffee in the morning!

Also, you simply must put pictures of your RV on here! I am so excited for you guys!

We have slept in a WM parking lot in a motorhome a few times.. sometimes it's hard to find a campground, but you can usually find a WM. And it really is a pretty safe alternative. 1.)So, when do you hit the road? 2.)Are you still using cloth diapers and if so, do you like it?

What would suggest for a working mom that wants to still teach or reinforce what their children learn in school? Because I want my kids to have that one on one time with me even though I work.

so excited for you!!!

OK - now, you DID order a coach big enough that you don't have to fold down the dinette every night, didn't you? If not, TAKE IT BACK!!! We hate folding down the table so much that we are getting a new rig. hehehe!!!! ;)

I do have a ? though - do you have certain goals for your trip and then it will be completed; is this open-ended or do you have a proposed 'end date'?

What kind of r.v. did you get - will you pull with a truck or have a toad?

when do we get pics of your new 'house'? :) :) :)

My prayers are with you through all the work of preparing and packing to leave - it will be SO WORTH IT!!!

So what flavor ice cream are we having for your going away party? Should I bring a topping?

LOL! Some one needed to write the dorky question!! Hey I still have your "good luck on your trip" gift to drop by, let me know when is a good time.

Okay just curious. What kind of trip are you taking. What does your husband do to allow him to take off on said trip. Do you own the RV, rent or borrow? I have just found your blog not long ago and love it.

What do your parents think of most of their grandchildren leaving them for so long? I know you guys are so close.

Will you still have your creative birthday parties on your trip?

Have a great time and be safe!!

How long do you plan to be gone for? How does your family feel about it? What is your hubby doing about his business while your gone?

Nicholle,
I am Bridget's mom and I can say I will miss them all more than words can express. If I think too much about it, it brings me to tears. However, with that being said, I am blessed to know that they seek the Lord and that He will direct their path. I pray His hand upon them and His blessing them in all they do. I also would never stand in the way of such an adventure. It would be selfish on my part to try to keep them from leaving. As a mom and grandma it is the hardest thing to be apart from them. God has blessed me with 9 beautiful grandbabies, (10 on the way) and I love each so much, and miss them all when I don't see them even if it is a few days, so I really don't know how I will feel being separated for so long. The Lord will see me through I know. Thank God for technology so I can get pictures, phone calls ect.

I thought of another question =)

What do you do with all of the pictures you take?? Do you scrapbook? Frame them? I find it hard to keep track of all the pictures I take of my daughter...just wondering what you do with all of the pictures you take of your kids!
