Some Pictures From Indy.....

I love that my kids just pose all by themselves...love this picture! Landen is acting like the car is going reallllly fast.

The Colt stadium.
Who are you cheering for this weekend? I'm cheering for Tim Tebow and his commercial:)

I'm so happy CBS is standing up for what is right! They refused to air godaddy.com where it's nothing but a striptease and mancrunch.com where 2 men make out. But stood firm and will air the Tim Tebow ad..
I just might let my kids watch some of the Superbowl commercials this year!

I myself am one of the million moms fighting for these commercials to get off the air. And for other things out there that our children do not need to see.
You too can make a difference and become a one million mom!
OMM is strictly an online campaign focusing primarily on the entertainment media (television, music, movies, etc.). The goal of this campaign is to stop the exploitation of children by such media. Right now they are trying to have Armani Exchange take down their soft p*rn ads ( Pictures are offensive)
all over their stores.
I'm sorry but I don't want my kids walking around the mall seeing these ad's.

And.....

These were taken at the Children's Museum in Indianapolis.

Austin(proudly wearing his Creation Museum t-shirt) talking to a paleontologist. Discussing what really happened to the dinosaurs hehe!

look at these cute dinosaurs...

and this baby dinosaur...

And.......

Way to go Tammy! Yes, we were at the Courthouse in Greensburg, Indiana. Actually, we were at the Medicine Shoppe across the street picking up Finley's inhaler. Austin's idea was to take this picture for the, "Where Are We Wednesday?"

Rumor has it the tree got up there by a bird poo.....
at least that's what the lady at the gas station said.

I love the OMM thing! I am so on board with that. I can hardly stand to let my kids walk past the Ambercrombie store in our mall because of floor to ceiling posters of young men with their shirts off and their pants hanging way tooo looooow. Yikes! No wonder teenagers hormones are raging these days. It is so in there face! Off that... love your trip shots. I am so jealous of your trip.... and I know you probably wonder what the future holds, but this right here is going to be something you will never regret. I've figured out that I have five weeks "free" this summer while my teacher husband is on summer break and you just never know.... we might hit the road, too!

I agree with you 100% about the commercials on tv. I was watching a holiday movie on ABC family at about 5 on a Saturday afternoon and an ad for that KY intense stuff came on. It was ridiculous to have to worry that my 6 year old was going to ask me what that was for. There should be stricter guidelines for tv, especially during the day....and the sitcoms these days CRAZY!!!

Thanks for the links to the American Family Association. My husband has worked at AFA for the last 12 years and I am always excited to see someone link to them from the blog world. My husband has put on a new hat at AFA this last year. He had been the head producer for American Family Radio, but has been building up The Homeschool Channel since the spring of last year. Just now getting up and going but facebook fans have numbered to almost 10000 and the website is growing daily. Get on the Natchez Trace (lots of Ranger activities for the children) and head south to Tupelo, MS, home of AFA and meet up with the AFA staff and The Homeschool Channel. Check out THC at www.thehomeschoolchannel.tv or go to my blog and check out the link in the right sidebar. I am enjoying watching your journey enfold.
